ML Solution for inspection of automotive engines

 

 

DGH is exploiting this result by implementing a physical demonstrator at its Competence Center Lab, showcasing the solution to leading automotive companies such as Renault, Ford, Michelin, Maier, Antolin Group, ACC, Thales, ADIENT, etc. The machine learning-based inspection system, developed within ODIN, is being adapted for broader industrial applications, including automotive parts conformity and white goods manufacturing. Together with the partner STELLANTIS, they are working on an application for the conformity model of parts undercar.

Apart from the automotive industry, DGH is implementing this solution to the White Goods industry, in order to inspect freezer inside parts classification and ovens cables positions and classification. This innovation is generating significant industry interest and is under consideration for deployment in multiple sectors.
