ODIN partners ROBOCEPTION, TAU and KTH have jointly developed a Perception Skill Library delivering modular, AI-powered perception and manipulation skills for robots operating in dynamic manufacturing settings. The library provides modules for object detection, quality inspection and human detection and interaction in a wide range of industrial use cases. It enables rapid adaptation to new tasks and environments, supporting plug-and-play integration with existing robotic systems. This library is a key enabler for flexible, intelligent automation in modern factories. Roboception is further developing the library and integrating it to new products or add features to the rc_reason software suite. TAU is further developing their modules of the library by adding new features, increasing the robustness, improving the usability and precision. TAU will also utilise it in relation to new projects. KTH is working internally on further extending the robustness for human detection and intention estimation so it can be integrated in various industrial environments.
